CORE VALUES AND PRINCIPLES
At its heart, PPCCUL operates on the cooperative principles of democratic member control, economic participation, people helping people and concern for the community. Each member has an equal say in the decision-making process, typically exercised through the election of volunteers. This democratic structure ensures that the credit union remains responsive to the needs and interests of its members, rather than external shareholders.
Economic participation is another vital aspect, where members contribute equitably to, and democratically control, the capital of the credit union. This model not only empowers members but also fosters a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the institution’s success and sustainability.
Concern for the community is exemplified through various social and economic initiatives that PPCCUL undertakes. By providing financial education, supporting local projects, and offering products tailored to meet the needs of diverse member groups, PPCCUL reinforces its commitment to the welfare of the community it serves.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1730423714269{padding-top: 50px !important;padding-right: 50px !important;padding-bottom: 50px !important;padding-left: 50px !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][trx_sc_services type=”default” featured=”number” featured_position=”left” hide_excerpt=”” no_margin=”” icons_animation=”” cat=”37″ orderby=”post_date” order=”desc” title_style=”default” count=”4″ columns=”2″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row equal_height=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1736010563350{background-color: #FFFFFF !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1736010520964{padding-top: 50px !important;padding-right: 50px !important;padding-bottom: 50px !important;padding-left: 50px !important;background-color: #ECDC1F !important;}”][vc_empty_space height=”150px” hide_on_mobile=””][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1736010580963{padding-right: 5% !important;padding-left: 5% !important;}”]

Services and Impact
PPCCUL offers a comprehensive suite of financial services designed to enhance the financial well-being of its members. Savings accounts, personal loans, and insurance form the backbone of its offerings, providing members with essential tools for managing their finances and achieving their life goals. Additionally, PPCCUL provides business loans and development support, playing a crucial role in fostering local entrepreneurship and economic development.

By promoting savings and responsible lending, PPCCUL contributes to the economic stability and resilience of the communities it serves. Moreover, the credit union’s surplus is reinvested in the form of member incentive, better services and community projects, ensuring that the benefits of financial success are shared widely.
